Been spending more than an hour watching this video, which I think it is very inspiring. No doubt, some of the points that Nicholas Tse mentioned is very strong. As a leader, can see that he is doing quite well in it as he involves in everything and does everything along with his staffs. Well, I wouldn't say anything bad about this video. It's kinda worth for the time to watch it =)

Personally, I really like this sentence. I kinda agree with it. As he explained after that, practice can only reduce the amount of mistakes but wouldn't be perfect. No one or nothing can be perfect in this world. So, practice makes permanence.
Oh well, with the mood of being inspired, gotta continue do something which is truly motivating =) ignore the demotivating-hazy-weather!
